Hi! I’m Erica Arancibia, your licensed Aesthetician and Cosmetic Injector. I have been helping clients with acne, aging for over 20 years and 4 years helping clients with their anti-wrinkle treatments and filler. I love learning and growing every day to bring you the best in the industry. No fades, no trends, just honest, real results. I look forward to taking care of you and your skin! Booking Policies Your appointment represents your provider’s commitment of time and care just for you, therefore when you don’t show up, change or cancel your appointment within the cancellation window, we cannot make the time available to someone else and our therapists’ sit and wait, while all the specialized treatment prep of products, must be thrown away. ⸻ 📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. • Any rescheduled appointment made after 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $20 rescheduling fee. • Any cancellation made after the 48 hrs cancel window, will have a late cancel fee of 20% of services booked. Deposit forfeited and require a new deposit to rebook. • This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. ⸻ 🗓️No-Shows (Failure to show to appointment) • No-shows will forfeit deposit and will be required to pay in full to rebook for future appointments. 
 ⸻ 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure some bookings. • This amount will only be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. ⸻ ⌚️Arrive On Time & Late Policy Please arrive promptly as I am not able to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late, may result in service alterations and charge of full services booked. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled as a no show. • If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit/booking fee will be forfeited. Please allow time for traffic, parking, and to visit restroom. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future bookings.
